Application info (non-EU)

The first turn of ASK admissions will be open since 11th of April.

The applications – first turn – for studies starting in fall semester 2016 must be submitted until 30th of June 2016.

Remember, that beeing non-EU citizen you have to register with Intenational Student’s Office of WUT before 15th of September.

Students admitted to ASK program must hold degree equivalent to the Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning from Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology.
Diplomas from all over the world are accepted on condition that these diplomas entitle to enter Master program in the country where issued.
Candidates from non-EU countries have to validate their diplomas by apostille or legalization.

Holders of degrees from post-secondary recognized architecture schools  with minimum program length of 3,5 years are eligible (candidates with program length of 3 years are asked to contact ASK office).

Along with formal prerequisites candidates have to find themselves capable of taking part in ASK advanced program. The goal for ASK students is to be creative and productive with will and determination to undertake analitical problems on the Masters level.

The ASK Program will be delivered in English and good working knowledge of the language is required. see details


Admission process

Non-EU candidates follow this procedure:

In order to register for the application process and submit application form and other required documents please use Online Application System for non-EU candidates and those who do not have the Polish Charter –http://www.cwm.pw.edu.pl/apply . In case of need of more info please refer to the International Students’ Office page at WUT – http://www.students.pw.edu.pl

All candidates have to register with the Office. After registration process candidates should use supplied username/password for application process and follow given instructions.  Please choose Faculty of Architecture under „faculty” and Architecture and Urban Planning / Architecture for Society of Knowledge under „program”.

 

Your diploma will be evaluated by ISO and you will be informed if you are eligible.

In the next step use ASK application system and register the same way as EU candidates.

Schedule

30 June – electronic applications and documents upload deadline. The Admissions Committee will evaluate candidates’ applications including portfolios and select the most interesting for an interview.

The list will be announced by July, 8, and selected candidates will be notified about the form and date of the interview.

All interviews will take place 12 and 13 of July and may be conducted in person or via Skype or iChat. The final ranked list, including the results of interviews with candidates, will be announced by 15 of July 2016. All scanned documents attached to the application have to be also re-submitted in original after the preliminary acceptance to the program. In case of any documents have to be delivered later, the place on ranking list and acceptance for the program is conditional. If the conditions (like delivering confirmed copy of the B. Arch diploma) are not fulfilled, next person from the ranking list is offered a place in the program. The final confirmed list of the admitted ASK students will be announced by September 09, 2016.

In case of free places left after June/July admissions the second turn of recruitment process is planned.

6-13 September 2021 – electronic applications and documents upload

The Admissions Committee will evaluate candidates’ applications including portfolios and select the most interesting for an interview.

The list will be announced by Sept, 15, and selected candidates will be notified about the form and date of the interview.

All interviews will take place between 19-20 September and may be conducted via  MS Teams. The final ranked list, including the results of The final confirmed list of the admitted ASK students (the second turn) will be announced by September 21, 2021 .

All scanned documents attached to the application have to be also re-submitted in original after the preliminary acceptance to the program, no later than 26-27 of September.

The minimum group to run ASK studies is 12 students.
