During the 2017 Digital Fabrication Seminar+Laboratory course our ASK and Information Architecture specialty students were exploring the impact of different fabrication methods/strategies on the final form of an object. This year just to make things a bit more difficult we have decided to use single initial artefact. A scaled down model of the Chicago’s Cloud Gate proved to be perfect as it is constructed from concave, convex and saddle surfaces.
